ACR’s Falcon Feed Systems range has a range of in shed dairy feeding systems for Herringbone milking systems. We combine these options to create dairy feeding systems for all types of feeds including Palm Kernel, Grain and Molasses meal feeding. Falcon Feed Systems uses high-quality silos, augers and components from NZ and Europe. With Falcon's herringbone systems the feed is dropped in front of the cow in measured amounts through a feeding system that consists of silos, augers, crushers, meal droppers and molasses drip feeders.

Mineral dispensers
Falcon provide inline mineral dispensers for dry feeds and is adjustable down to gram per cow these are using a 100kg cone bin and electric 3 phase drive motor to auger minerals into feed line, Falcons cone bin design ensures there is no bridging of minerals and accurate feeding.
Molasses / liquid systems
Falcon provides a range of molasses and liquid feeding systems complete with trays pumps and control systems for molasses pulse feeding and drip feeding for both herringbone and rotary sheds, falcons system can be linked up to computer control system or in with your heard management system.
Silo and feed storage
Falcon do a range of silos that are manufactured in Europe some of which are seismic rated and built to the highest quality. These are suited to NZX conditions for the harsh weather and salt spray and have a 450 to 650gsm galvanising rating. The most common mover is Falcons 17-ton silo. But we offer a range from 3ton through to 100 ton for on farm feed storage.
